The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the bank's range of financial products and services to existing and potential customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to banking regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
Promote and sell banking products such as savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, loans (personal, auto, home), credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide personalized banking advice and solutions based on customer financial needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services)
Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
