Position Overview

We are seeking

motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives

, a trusted partner of leading banks in the UAE. The role involves promoting

Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans

, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

Promote and sell banking products such as loans (personal, auto) and credit cards. Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking. Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide personalized banking advice and solutions based on customer financial needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service

Requirements

Age:

20 to 35 years.

Experience:

Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage). Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused. Presentable and well-organized with strong negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Other:

UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage. Clear credit history. Experience in Auto Loan sales is preferable.
