We are seeking
motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives
to joinFirst Solution Management Services
, a trusted partner of leading banks in the UAE. The role involves promotingCredit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans
, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance standards.Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. Meet customers directly to explain product features and collect applications. Prepare and submit daily visit and activity reports. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain updated customer records and provide weekly MIS reports.
Requirements
Age:
20 to 35 years.Experience:
Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage). Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused. Presentable and well-organized with strong negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer queries effectively.Other:
UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage. Clear credit history. Experience in Auto Loan sales is preferable.Compensation and Benefits
