Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective clients to promote mortgage financing options. Understand client requirements and explain product benefits clearly. Assist in collecting documentation for mortgage pre-approvals. Coordinate with internal processing teams and bank representatives. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on leads. Stay informed on banking products, lending policies, and interest rate trends. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and property expos.
Skills and Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in sales, telesales, banking, or financial services. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Familiarity with UAE real estate or mortgage industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred, but experience will be considered.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Basic understanding of mortgage or loan products. Experience using CRM systems and tracking sales performance.
