Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective clients to promote mortgage financing options.
• Understand client requirements and explain product benefits clearly.
• Assist in collecting documentation for mortgage pre-approvals.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams and bank representatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Stay informed on banking products, lending policies, and interest rate trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, telesales, banking, or financial services.

• Familiarity with UAE real estate or mortgage industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; additional languages (English, Hindi, Urdu) are a plus.
