What You'll Do

  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay informed about banking products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
