Job Details

• Promote and sell credit cards, loans, and other banking products to individual customers
• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through field sales, events, and referrals
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to explain product features and benefits
• Generate leads, manage pipelines, and follow up to ensure successful conversions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Educate customers on responsible credit usage and financial management
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards
• Collect and verify customer documentation for applications
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance metrics
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and provide market insights to improve sales strategies

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or related industries
• Experience in selling credit cards, loans, or other financial products is an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Female candidates preferred
