Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives with proven experience in outdoor sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the acquisition of new customers and promote our suite of banking products, including personal loans, credit cards, and other retail banking services, primarily through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Proactively source new-to-bank customers through outdoor sales activities, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned banking products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the bank's products, services, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable financial products.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with the bank's internal policies and the UAE's Central Bank regulations.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report market trends and customer feedback to the sales management team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of UAE banking experience in outdoor sales is mandatory.
  • Background: Experience working with a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel or in a bank's direct outdoor sales team is highly preferred.
  • Track Record: A proven sales record with documented evidence of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a confident and driven personality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle in the field.
  • Good understanding of retail banking products and the regulatory environment in the UAE.
