About the Role

The Sales & Enrolment Business Partner is accountable for achieving sales, enrolment, and retention targets for a cluster of GEMS schools. The role holder is the key point of contact between Marketing, Sales/Enrolments, Communications, Principals and the Cluster VPs. The Business Partner will collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver on set targets across the sales funnel and customer lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities:

Accountable for achieving year-on-year school and cluster-level sales and enrolment targets.

Accountable for managing and converting corporate client leads in premium/focus schools, generated by the Corporate Sales Manager

Drive enrolment growth in an assigned cluster of schools through developing and implementing targeted Sales & Enrolment plans.

Responsible for cluster and cluster-wise competitor benchmarking, and providing recommendations for product enhancement across premium schools

Responsible for year/grade-wise customer segmentation and targeting

Responsible for pipeline management and conversion throughout the sales funnel and customer lifecycle.

Oversee lead management process to optimize conversions from Admissions Consultant to school Registrar.

Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders (SSC Marketing, Principals, and Cluster VPs) on implementation of the school and grade/year-wise yearly plan to ensure enrolment numbers are met.

Support the successful implementation of Salesforce lightning, through being accountable for allocated work streams as defined by VP Sales and Enrolments

Accountable for the re-enrolment process across an assigned cluster of schools. Including all customer touchpoints throughout re-enrolment lifecycle.

Develop, deliver, and implement retention plans per school, with targeted re-enrolment rates to achieve year on year increase in retention.

Responsible for 360 view of customers across an assigned cluster of schools. Contribute to and work with the Customer Management team to assess customer sentiment in line with parent survey and TC feedback.

Work in partnership with Principals and Cluster VPs on customer feedback and implementation of strategies to increase retention and loyalty across an assigned cluster of schools.

In collaboration with Principals and school FOH, responsible for the customer experience across an assigned cluster of schools.

Conduct mystery shopping visits and audits of the customer service standards across an assigned cluster of schools

Support implementation of KPIs and performance management across FOH teams

Oversee FOH recognition and engagement initiatives across a cluster of schools.

Support HR in talent mapping and succession planning for key FOH positions at school and cluster level

Work in partnership with school HR for hiring and training of FOH across a cluster of schools.

Maintain up-to-date Sales & Enrolment cluster dashboards and implement action plans to address key areas (enrolment targets, retention rates, quality assurance trends, customer sentiment, sales funnel) in regular consultation with the cluster leads and VP - Enrolments, Sales & Customer Care on a bi-weekly basis.

Leverage data to develop key sales & enrolment plans for driving growth year on year.

CRM management: Owns the Salesforce customer data for an assigned cluster of schools and is responsible for the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the data quality.

Expected Qualifications & Experience:

A College Degree from a reputed university is desirable (BA or BSc)

At least 5 years experience in a results-driven enrolments/sales role

Sales/Admissions Business Partner experience preferred

A combined background of proactive sales experience is mandatory

Relationship management experience - able to build and influence professional relationships with internal stakeholders as well as customers

Exceptional customer services experience is critical

CRM experience is a must
