Sales Operation Business Analyst - Africa

Partner with the best As an Analyst you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for business. You will understand concepts, methods, procedures and approaches and have deep understanding of business. As a Sales Operation Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews.
• Cleaning and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
• Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
• Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
• Handling diverse clients in a region.
• Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
• Leading a department with large estimated orders.
• Handling local focus on Medium size territory

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED). Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills are preferred.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills are preferred.
• Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred.
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills are preferred.
• Have proven analytical and organizational ability is preferred.
