The Role

Job Title:

- Sales Engineer (Pumps and Valves) Job Location: - Abu Dhabi Salary: - AED 10000 -AED 12000 Interested candidates can share their CV to Tuba@excelsiorgroup.me Key Responsibilities: o Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets set by the management for the region. o Drive growth by increasing revenue and gross margin in line with company targets and strategies. o Generate leads, produce quotes, and manage bidding processes for projects within the existing customer base. o Expand the customer base by targeting new clients and fostering strategic relationships in the market. o Establish and maintain collaborative relationships across and beyond your area to enhance business performance and share best practices. o Ensure strong client relationships post-sale and provide ongoing support. o Work with consultants to specify our products, aiming to include our brand in preferred vendor lists. o Provide technical product support to customers, evaluating their project needs and specifications. o Identify emerging markets and shifts while being fully aware of competitor activities and new products. o Report regularly to the management on sales activities and market developments. o Follow up on payment collections and resolve any payment issues. o Collaborate with various departments and colleagues to achieve the company's overall goals and strategies.



Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. o Strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Technical background or understanding of the company's product range is a plus. o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
