Requirements:



BE Civil Engineering or any Bachelor's Degree

2-5 years' experience in Technical Services Sales, Renovation Sales, or Contracting Sales

Role & Responsibilities:



Generate leads for General Maintenance, Renovation, Fit-out, Contracting, and Interior works through telephone outreach and direct site visits

Maintain leads and drive sales conversions

Conduct client meetings and attend site visits

Prepare and submit quotations

Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery

Handle project closure, billing, and customer feedback
