Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Civil or Mechanical Engineer to join our team in a sales-focused position. This role is ideal for candidates who are technically minded, fluent in English, and eager to develop a long-term career in sales and business development.

As a Sales Engineer / Project Manager, you will engage directly with clients, manage project planning and scheduling, and help drive commercial success through relationship-building and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships across projects and territories. Present engineering solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support project planning, organization, and scheduling activities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution. Identify business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs. Prepare proposals and assist in pricing, negotiation, and contract follow-up.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (required). 1-3 years of experience in engineering or technical sales (preferred). Fluent in English (spoken and written), Arabic would be a plus. Valid driver's license required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain client relationships. Comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical customers. Technically minded with the ability to understand engineering solutions and convey value to clients. Strong commercial awareness and goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and desire to grow within a sales-focused engineering role.
