Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Engineer / Senior Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing MEP projects, with a focus on non-cable solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the MEP sector, focusing on non-cable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet project needs. Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall business development strategy. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in project sales within the MEP industry, specifically in non-cable solutions. Strong network and existing relationships within the Abu Dhabi MEP market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and provide suitable solutions. Result-oriented with a proactive approach to business development. Knowledge of local market dynamics and industry standards.
