will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support for interior fit-out and gypsum-related projects. This role requires a strong understanding of interior construction materials, project sales, and client needs within the fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
gypsum and interior fit-out
sector.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and project follow-up.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and architects to specify company products.
Provide accurate cost estimations, quotations, and proposals.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the interior industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Architectural)
or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of sales experience in
gypsum, fit-out, or construction materials
.
Strong technical knowledge of interior systems (ceilings, partitions, drywall, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license .
