We are looking for a proactive and technically competent
Sales Engineer
with strong experience in architectural products and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project-based sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth within Qatar's construction and fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clearly explain products, systems, and services.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare competitive quotations and proposals.
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to monitor project requirements and progress.
Negotiate terms, prepare agreements, and close sales in alignment with company targets.
Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market updates.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in architectural or fit-out sales, preferably within the Qatar market.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, building materials, and interior finishes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client portfolios.
Valid Qatar Driving License
is mandatory.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
