We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled
Sales Engineer
with experience in
architectural products and fit-out projects
to join our Qatar team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project-based sales, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth in the construction and fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to clients.
Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to follow up on project progress.
Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company objectives.
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in architectural or fit-out sales, preferably in the
Qatar market
.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and finishes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios.
Must possess a valid
Qatar Driving License
.
Preferred Experience
Experience in aluminum, facade, or interior fit-out sectors.
Established network with consultants and contractors in Qatar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
