We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled
Sales Engineer (Architectural / Fit-out)
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural products, interior fit-out, or construction materials sales, with the ability to manage client relationships and drive project-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to follow up on project progress.
Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company objectives.
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural or fit-out sales (Qatar market preferred).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and finishes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios.
Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in aluminum, facade, or interior fit-out sectors.
Existing network with consultants and contractors in Qatar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
