We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Engineer
with a strong background in the fit-out or architectural sector to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and representing the company across a wide range of projects. A valid UAE driver's license is essential, as the role involves regular site visits and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, contractors, consultants, and architects.
Conduct outdoor sales activities including site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
Understand client needs and offer tailored fit-out or architectural solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets to support overall company objectives.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions and project progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of UAE-based sales experience in the fit-out or architectural industry.
Valid UAE Driver's License and willingness to travel frequently across the UAE.
Proven success in outdoor sales, business development, and client acquisition.
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, design concepts, and project execution cycles.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
