Senior Sales Engineer
to spearhead business development in the
fit-out and architectural solutions sector
across Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring
6-8 years of proven sales experience
, a strong technical background, and a well-established network within the local construction and design community. This role demands both strategic sales expertise and hands-on project engagement, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and architectural product segments.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close high-value deals in line with sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
Conduct regular client and site visits, attend project meetings, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Technical & Commercial Expertise
Present technical proposals, solutions, and product demonstrations customized to client needs.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with project requirements.
Provide pre-sales technical support and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Market & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide periodic performance reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Experience:
6-8 years of proven sales experience in fit-out, architectural, or construction materials industry in Qatar.
Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Qatar's construction industry, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out and architectural systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
