valid Qatar driving license
is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure
new business opportunities
within the interior fit-out sector.
Prepare and deliver
technical and commercial presentations
to prospective clients.
Understand client needs, prepare proposals, and offer
customized fit-out solutions
.
Collaborate with
design, estimation, and project teams
to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
consultants, contractors, and corporate clients
.
Achieve assigned
sales targets
and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
Conduct
regular site and client visits
to ensure effective communication and project follow-up.
Stay informed about
market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven sales experience
in the Fit-Out, Interior, or Construction industry (
Qatar experience preferred
).
Strong knowledge of
fit-out processes, materials, and project execution cycles
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Ability to work
independently and collaboratively
with cross-functional teams.
Valid Qatar Driving License
is mandatory.
