Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out and architectural product markets.
Generate qualified leads and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
Act as the key point of contact for both pre- and post-sales support.
Technical Sales
Deliver persuasive technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
Customize solutions based on client needs and project requirements.
Collaboration
Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and technical teams to deliver integrated and feasible solutions.
Ensure timely communication between departments and clients.
Sales Execution
Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Site & Client Visits
Conduct regular project site visits and attend coordination meetings.
Provide on-site product guidance and technical assistance.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
Identify emerging opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
Customer Support
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve any technical or commercial concerns post-sale.
Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Submit timely reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
Experience
6-8 years of proven sales experience in the fit-out, architectural products, or construction materials industry within Qatar.
Market Knowledge
Thorough understanding of the Qatar construction industry including procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and key market players.
Skills
Strong technical expertise in fit-out and architectural systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
License
Valid
Qatar driving license
