You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring project requirements are met from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining company products or services to clients.
Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to develop proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
Follow up on tenders, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure successful closure.
Negotiate and finalize contracts in coordination with management.
Ensure smooth project handover to the operations team and maintain communication throughout project execution.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs to enhance business strategy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration (or related field).
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
in
fit-out/interior contracting
sales.
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
