to join our Fit-Out contracting company in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of fit-out solutions that meet client requirements. A valid Qatar driving license is a must for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and provide tailored fit-out solutions.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Conduct regular site/client visits to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
5-8 years of proven sales experience in the Fit-Out/Interior/Construction industry (Qatar experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and project cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid
Qatar Driving License
is mandatory.
