Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out industry.
Manage existing client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
Conduct site visits, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide regular market updates, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and project requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4
-5 years of proven sales experience in DUBAI fit-out industry.
Strong network of contacts within contracting, interior design, and real estate sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must hold a
valid UAE driving license.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred:
Knowledge of project execution and fit-out materials.
Familiarity with local building regulations and approval processes.
