Job Overview



We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and technically competent

Sales Engineer - Fit-Out

to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proven sales experience within the fit-out or construction industry.

This role focuses on promoting fit-out solutions, expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. A valid Qatar Driving License is essential for client meetings, site visits, and project evaluations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development



Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in commercial and residential fit-out projects. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and sales prospects.

Client Relationship Management



Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Technical Support



Provide accurate technical guidance on fit-out materials, systems, and design specifications. Coordinate with internal design and estimation teams to propose optimal technical solutions.

Presentations & Proposals



Prepare and deliver professional, customized client presentations. Develop competitive proposals including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Site Visits & Surveys



Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements, challenges, and opportunities. Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate quotations and seamless execution.

Market Analysis



Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements. Identify new market segments and business development opportunities.

Negotiation & Closing



Lead commercial negotiations and close deals aligned with company sales targets. Ensure all technical, commercial, and contractual terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with project management, design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation



Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture

, or a related field.

Experience



3-5 years

of relevant sales experience, preferably within the fit-out or construction industry in Qatar or the GCC.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
