As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fitout solutions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in Qatar. The role requires an individual with a valid Qatar driving license to facilitate client visits, project discussions, and site evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development
: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the fitout industry, targeting commercial and residential clients.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Technical Support
: Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding fitout products, solutions, and design specifications.
Presentations & Proposals
: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, tailored to their needs. Create proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and timelines.
Site Visits & Surveys
: Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client needs, deliver solutions, and collaborate with project teams for accurate quotes and project delivery.
Market Analysis
: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing Sales
: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms are met to the satisfaction of both the client and the company.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the project management, design, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution from proposal to completion.
Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitout or construction industry.
Skills
:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of fitout products, systems, and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Driving License
: Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.
Language Skills
: Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
