We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and technically skilled
Sales Engineer
to join our team in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, strong communication skills, and proven experience in sales within the fit-out or construction sector.
You will be responsible for promoting fit-out solutions, building long-term client relationships, expanding the company's market presence, and supporting project execution across Qatar. A
valid Qatar driving license
is mandatory to conduct client visits, site surveys, and project discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial and residential fit-out market.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Technical Support
Provide clients with technical advice on fit-out products, systems, and design specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop optimal technical solutions.
Presentations & Proposals
Prepare and deliver professional, tailored presentations to clients.
Develop proposals including product specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
Site Visits & Surveys
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and conditions.
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure accurate quotations and successful project delivery.
Market Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Identify new market segments and sales opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing
Lead negotiations and finalize contracts in line with company guidelines.
Ensure all commercial terms are clearly defined and mutually beneficial.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with project management, design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the fit-out or construction sector.
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of fit-out materials, products, and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
