Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement

Manage

Lead the
full project sales cycle
: opportunity identification, technical consultation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Provide
technical guidance
on curtain and blinds systems tailored to project requirements.
Collaborate with
engineering, project management, and logistics teams
to ensure seamless project delivery.
Prepare professional
proposals, quotations, and presentations
for clients.
Monitor project progress, collect client feedback, and ensure
high levels of client satisfaction

Stay updated on
market trends, competitor offerings, and new fit-out opportunities

Maintain accurate records of
client interactions, project status, and sales forecasts
.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
5 years' experience
in project sales of
curtain and blinds solutions
for fit-out projects.
Strong technical knowledge of
curtain and blinds systems
used in interior fit-outs.
Proven success in
project-based sales
with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Established network within the
fit-out and interior contracting industry
is an advantage.
Ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines
simultaneously.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office and CRM tools
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.
Valid UAE Driving License
and willingness to travel to client sites.
