Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting fit-out projects.
Manage key fit-out accounts and establish long-term client relationships.
Lead the full project sales cycle--from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
Provide technical advice on curtain and blinds systems tailored to project requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams for seamless project delivery.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for fit-out clients.
Monitor project progress, client feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and fit-out opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client data, project status, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
5 years' experience
in project sales of curtain and blinds for fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of curtain and blinds systems used in interior fit-out projects.
Proven success in project-based sales with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Established network in fit-out and interior contracting industries is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
