To generate and manage sales opportunities for interior fit-out and joinery projects by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful project handover in line with company standards and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and joinery market.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on project needs.
Achieve assigned sales targets and profit margins.
Technical & Commercial Coordination
Understand technical drawings, materials, and joinery details to provide accurate quotations.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for pricing and technical clarifications.
Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients in coordination with management.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
Project & Client Management
Monitor ongoing project status and maintain regular client communication.
Support in variation proposals and change order discussions when required.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain updated records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and project status.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
interior fit-out, joinery materials, and manufacturing processes
Technical understanding of
drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good client relationship management and follow-up ability
Proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or estimation software is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field
Minimum
2-5 years' experience
in
fit-out / joinery / interior contracting sales
in UAE
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
