Job Vacancy: Sales Engineer (Construction & Fit-Out) - Arab


(with basic Project Coordination duties)

We are looking for a

results-driven and well-presented Sales Engineer

to join our team, with a

primary focus on sales and business development

, and limited involvement in project coordination.

Our scope of work includes

Construction and Fit-Out projects

for both

Commercial and Residential

sectors.

Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused):



Generate new leads and actively develop business opportunities

Promote company services in

construction and fit-out works



Prepare, present, and follow up on

quotations, proposals, and tenders



Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

Negotiate terms and close deals successfully

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers

Achieve assigned

sales targets and KPIs



Secondary Responsibilities (Limited Coordination):



Basic coordination with design and project teams after project award

Support smooth handover from sales to execution team

Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Proven experience as a

Sales Engineer

in construction / fit-out

Strong knowledge of the

Qatar market

and local clients

Previous work experience in Qatar is mandatory



Solid background in

commercial and residential projects



Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written)

Well-groomed, professional appearance with a confident and pleasant personality

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented
