We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient
Sales Engineer (Architectural / Fit-out)
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural products, interior fit-out solutions, or construction materials sales. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, expertise in project-based sales, and a deep understanding of the Qatar construction and fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with
consultants, architects, contractors, and developers
.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads.
Prepare and deliver professional
technical presentations
to clients, highlighting product features and service capabilities.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to develop accurate
quotations, proposals, and material submissions
.
Conduct site visits and meet clients regularly to monitor project progress and address technical or commercial requirements.
Lead contract negotiations and close sales in alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
Provide strong
after-sales support
to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen customer retention.
Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and customer records in CRM or internal systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Architecture
, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience
in architectural, interior fit-out, or construction-related sales (Qatar market experience preferred).
Strong understanding of
construction drawings, materials, finishes, and fit-out systems
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
Valid Qatar Driving License
is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
Experience in
aluminum, facade, or interior fit-out
sectors.
Established client network with consultants, contractors, and developers in Qatar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
