The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling architectural products and solutions, developing relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in the Qatar construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
architectural, aluminum, and facade-related
products and systems to consultants, contractors, and developers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.
Prepare and deliver
technical presentations, quotations,
and
commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to ensure accurate project pricing and technical support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve long-term business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Follow up on tenders, quotations, and client feedback to secure orders.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering, Architecture,
or a related technical field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in
architectural or facade product sales
within the Qatar market.
Strong network of contacts with consultants, architects, and contractors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM systems,
and project tracking tools.
Must have a valid Qatar Driving License.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
