Develop and implement sales and key account strategies across GCC and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a dynamic sales team consisting of 3 Key Account Managers, 2 Specification Consultants, and 1 Showroom Head.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective business development and client acquisition strategies.
Identify and explore new market opportunities; develop market entry strategies for untapped regions.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management on business planning, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Represent the company in supplier meetings, trade shows, and key client visits
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel to Italy, Spain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain for supplier visits, client meetings, and business development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the building materials, interiors, or construction sector.
Demonstrated success in managing regional sales operations and key accounts.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently across GCC and Europe.
