A well-established regional engineering (Heavy Equipment, Concrete Pumps & Spare Parts) group is looking to recruit a Sales Director for their Concrete Pump Spare Parts and to lead this division. The ideal candidate will bring at least 7-10 years of proven UAE market experience in selling spare parts for concrete pumps. He/She must have an extensive network of end-users, deep market and competitor knowledge, and the strategic ability to develop and execute a business plan and sales forecasts. This is a leadership role responsible for building and managing a sales team and driving revenue growth for the newly established department.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the spare parts division.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish strong relationships with end-users, contractors, and distributors in the UAE concrete pump industry.
  • Drive sales of spare parts for of major brands.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Develop effective pricing and promotional strategies to capture market share.
  • Ensure strong after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of proven UAE experience in selling concrete pump spare parts.
  • Strong knowledge of Putzmeister, Schwing, and CIFA spare parts.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics, end-users, and competitors in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies and sales forecasts.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in team building and management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are a plus.
