Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the joinery and fit-out sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and clients.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation team to prepare proposals.
Present and pitch customized solutions to clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Track project pipelines, prepare reports, and update the CRM system regularly.
Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in
sales within joinery or interior fit-out
industry in the UAE.
Strong network and client base in the construction/interior design sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is must .
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
