Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant and Tele Callers (Female - Hindi or Urdu speaker only) to join our team. As a Sales Consultant / Tele caller, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of applications for both individuals and businesses. You will provide high-quality, personalized services while offering expert guidance and support to clients throughout their journey.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our services, pricing, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and contribute to team success.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email, providing insightful advice and ongoing follow-up.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Achieve their monthly targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver the highest level of service and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
• Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.

• Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
• Close the deals.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (UAE experience will be preferred).
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
