Ensure the Sales Executive meets the SSI commitments set by management
Follow all steps of the sales process, including prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure, delivery, and post-sales follow-up
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures
Liaise closely with internal departments to complete the sales process efficiently
Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability per transaction
Maximize sales opportunities while maintaining and growing the existing customer base
Assist customers with finance and insurance products based on their requirements
Achieve accessories, in-house insurance, and GAP insurance targets
Create sales process-related videos for customers and achieve Venta Vid targets
Meet internal and external Mystery Shopping targets
Follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner
Participate in sales meetings and reviews
Achieve all KPIs set by management
Generate outdoor appointments through telephone, web, CRM, and other channels
Leverage social media platforms to generate leads on a monthly basis
Manage follow-ups, deliveries, and new customer acquisition through effective time management
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle and build long-term loyalty through a personalized sales experience
Achieve SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) targets by delivering excellent customer service
Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information
Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships
Ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free delivery of vehicles as promised
Perform other related duties as required
