to join our Business Setup team, with a key focus on Free Zone company formation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the business setup industry; however, strong sales experience and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on business setup options, licensing, and procedures
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert leads into successful clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients until closure
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of clients
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Requirements:
Experience in the business setup industry (preferred)
Strong sales background with proven track record
Excellent English communication skills -- both verbal and written
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
