The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties. You will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences -- while representing one of Dubai's most trusted real estate companies. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell properties across Dubai. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Calling leads - Conduct property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups with potential buyers. - Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and investment opportunities. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and current trends. - Coordinate with developers, and other stakeholders. - Prepare and present offers and sales contracts professionally. - Represent the company at property launches, events, and exhibitions.
