Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Conduct property viewings and client meetings to present suitable options.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and professional service.
Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and new project launches in Dubai.
Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring smooth transactions between buyers, sellers, and developers.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client and property details.
Requirements:
1-3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and developer projects.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
