Job Summary:
The Immigration Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling immigration services to individuals seeking visas or permanent residency. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for immigration services.
Promote and sell immigration products and services to prospective clients via phone, email, and in person.
Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs, objectives, and eligibility criteria.
Provide clear and precise guidance on immigration options, procedures, and requirements.
Counsel clients with updated immigration information, providing clear and accurate information based on current immigration visa laws and policies.
Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the immigration process.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Coordinate with legal and processing teams to ensure smooth client service.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting required documentation for processing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales objectives.
Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies in various target countries.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Ensure strict adherence to immigration laws and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or legal services sector.
Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
