Conduct professional consultations with inbound leads via phone, video call, and in-person meetings.
Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, UAE etc.).
Present and clearly explain our services and the benefits of working with us.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively using our CRM system to ensure all leads are handled promptly.
Prepare and present proposals and service agreements to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in global immigration policies and trends.
Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with a diverse, international clientele.
