You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the property purchase process, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and property portals.
Conduct property consultations, viewings, and client meetings (in-person & virtual).
Advise clients on the best property investment options based on their goals.
Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily lead updates in CRM systems.
Represent the company professionally at events, expos, and property launches.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of sales experience
(real estate preferred).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu a plus).
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and developer projects.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling HNW clients.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
