Sales Consultant

to join our team in the UAE. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional and personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our product range and design options. Build rapport and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions. Effectively present the BoConcept brand and its value proposition. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team success. Maintain a strong product knowledge and stay updated on design trends. Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

Requirements:

Passion for Sales and Design: A genuine interest in design and a strong drive to excel in a sales-oriented role. Team Player: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Essential Skills: Integrity, flexibility, a strong team spirit, and a proactive "can-do" attitude. Fluent English is essential; Russian and Arabic language skills are a plus.
