To manage existing customers, such as dealers and fleet accounts
To implement aggressive sales strategies and achieve or exceed assigned targets in a highly competitive market

To monitor competitors' activities and report findings to management
To achieve or exceed CSI objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat sales
To adhere to the company's sales and prospecting systems
To ensure that company procedures are followed when handling customers
To continuously improve and update knowledge, particularly regarding the product range, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques, and customer-handling skills, all of which contribute significantly to enhanced performance

Qualifications / Experience / Competencies

The ideal candidate should have:
4-5 years of experience in the sales of automotive allied products (batteries and lubricants)
Current experience in the UAE market
A good command of the English language; knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
The ability to analyse market conditions and identify customer needs effectively
A valid UAE driving licence
Experience in a related industry, such as tyres, batteries, lubricants, or similar
