Key Responsibilities:

Proactively promote and sell legal translation services across all languages, ensuring accurate service information is communicated to clients. Handle client inquiries and convert leads for services such as:

Notary Services

(Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Contracts, etc.)

Golden Visa & Family Visa Services

Equivalency Certification Support

Maintain strong knowledge of offered services and legal processes to advise clients accurately and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and referred clients through excellent customer service. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth. Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for seamless service delivery. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to management.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification (BBA or Equivalant), MBA Preferred Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in legal or documentation-related services. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Presentable, professional, and client-focused. Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
