Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will not only have strong sales and immigration advisory skills but also possess leadership potential or prior experience guiding teams, with opportunities to grow into a leadership role.

You'll consult with clients about immigration and visa options, close deals, and help clients move toward their international goals--while contributing to team performance and mentoring junior consultants when required.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients seeking immigration, student, or visit visa services. Conduct consultations to assess client profiles and recommend appropriate visa or immigration pathways. Clearly explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, timelines, and required documentation. Follow up consistently with leads and ensure a high level of customer service and conversion. Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets. Support junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture. Coordinate with internal processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Keep up-to-date with immigration law changes and global immigration trends. Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and case progress.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in immigration or service-based industries preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand diverse client needs and offer tailored immigration solutions. Must stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and international opportunities. Prior experience in a team leadership or mentorship role is a plus. Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, English, or Malayalam). Performance-driven, self-motivated, and confident in a target-based environment.
