Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales : Market and sell off-plan developments (pre-construction) and secondary/resale properties.
Client Acquisition: Handle leads through our premium portals, networking, and company-provided referrals.
Deal Management: Guide clients through end-to-end transactions, from negotiation to closing.
CRM Utilization: Maintain meticulous client records using our advanced CRM system.
Market Study: Provide data-driven insights on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Collaboration: Work with our back-office team for seamless documentation, compliance, and support.
Requirements
:
Experience: Minimum 1+ years as a UAE Real Estate Agent
Skills: sales techniques and negotiation.
Familiarity with CRM tools and property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
Languages: English (conversational) additional language is a plus (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Italian, French, ... )
